LANGUAGE - the key to unlocking every child's potential

We use language to think, to express ourselves and to make relationships with other people. Language is the key to both reading and writing. It is the means by which we can explore the past and anticipate the future - but most importantly it is the unique possession of every human being and a key to unlocking the hidden potential of every child.

At the Accredited Schools' day on the 28th of this month Louise Livingston, AMI Trainer, explored some of the activities and games we can play with children in the Children's House that will help them develop their oral language and unlock their hidden potential.

The Accredited Schools' Day was as usual a success, amd was not only a great source of inspiration but also a lovely day for meeting other Montessorians.

TheseA days are only open to ME(UK) Accredited Schools. If you would like more information on the accreditiation process please contact Nuccia Lipscombe on 0787 762 0524A
